The
Oneness of God
God is One. There is no other in Him.
He is the foundation, He is resilient and dependable.
He is Truth; there are no lies in Him.
He is great; there is none greater than He.
He is peace and contentment,
And He cannot be shaken.
He is complete and perfect,
And He wants for nothing,
For He has everything.
There is no enmity in Him,
For He is one with all.
There is no death in Him,
For He is life.
God is all and in Him there is no end.
God
Is
God is the first
cause,
Completely right,
Before right and wrong,
God is.
God is completely
good,
Before good and evil,
God is.
God is completely
true,
Before truth and falsehood,
God is.
His
Likeness and His Opposite
All things come
from God:
First those in His likeness,
Then the opposite.
The visible
world of life and death appears
Like a reflection of the invisible God of life.
All great things
are great because of Him;
All malevolent things fall short of Him.
All good things
are close to Him;
Evil things are distant from His glory.
Unity and companionship
are one in Him;
Antagonism and enmity stray far from Him.
The
Personal God
The Personal
God is the first person, I AM. He is the Father of all creation.
There would be no people without a God who is personal; His people
are created in His likeness.
He is present
for all people, in all places, at all times.
When man cries
out for Him, He may appear as a man, or through a man. And that
man will have the highest qualities and show the greatest wisdom.
People recognise Him as the Saviour and follow Him.
God
the Saviour
God is the saviour
of all. Only in Him can the way be found. Only in Him can peace
be realised.
He is our guide
towards salvation.
When we stumble
He is there to lift us up, should we reach out our hands.
When we are
lost He is there to point the way, should we choose to follow.
When our burdens
become unbearable He is there to ease our load, should we rest a
while with Him.
To mankind He
comes, lighting the road towards salvation.
Follow that
light in the One who was before,
The One who
is,
And the One
who will be.
The
Scattered Nations of God
We are the scattered
nations of God, for we have wandered away chasing greatness, gaining
ruin. Though we remember God, our memories too are scattered.
Some of us take
the North road, some the South, the East or West, and we see each
other as foreigners with different tongues and ideas. We are the
scattered nations claiming God is on our side.
But God is not
one for separation or taking sides. God is one for all. Those in
the North are His. Those in the South are His. So too are those
to the East and the West His.
If we truly
wish to follow God we must lay down our differences and those things
that make for war. For war is not loved by God; there is no war
in God's kingdom. God holds peace and unity amongst equals.
May we truly
follow God, and though we may be the scattered nations, may we be
united in Him.
God's Religions
God is with
all people.
Some call him Yahweh,
Some call him Allah,
Some call him Brahman,
Some call him Oblivion.
He is many things to many people.
He has many names and attributes.
But He is one,
And as one He will bring all together,
As the saviour of all.
The Kingdom of God
The Kingdom
of God is within,
In that place where peace and quietness is,
Within the soul of every soul,
Untouched by the world,
Untainted by error,
Unbroken by war.
But forgotten by man,
Is the Kingdom of God,
Ignored by man
Since the fall.
Yet the gates,
When they open,
Bring peace to the world,
Remembrance to man
And an end to destruction.
For death has no place
In the Kingdom of God.
Only life.
God is the life everlasting.
God
is in the World
The World is
in God and God is in the World.
God is the stillness in the stone; and stone is still in Him.
He is the clarity in the stream; and the stream flows clear in Him.
He is the abundance of the air; and the air abounds in Him.
He is the light in the morning sun; and the sun shines bright in
Him.
He is the life in the souls of the world; and all souls live in
Him.
The
Compassion of God
God is one with
all,
Even so with those who choose not to be one with Him.
He sees all people as His own.
He loves all, regardless of their love towards Him.
Let us be more
like God
And have compassion for all people,
Be one with all people,
Whether they are friendly to us or not.
This is true compassion,
To care for all without thought of reciprocation,
To give without wishing to receive.
Live
Every Day
Live every day as though justice comes today.
Live every day in service to the needy.
Live every day with goodness in your heart.
Live every day in peace with mankind.
Live every day as in the footsteps of the Lord.
Live every day in honour towards God.
Live every day as though justice comes today.
Show
Kindness
Show kindness
to God
In kindness to others.
Give service to God
In service to others.
Remove hate
from your heart,
Remove fear from your soul.
Bring peace to your life,
And God comes there also.
God's
Will
Make your will
one with God's will,
Make your ways one with His.
Make your heart one with His heart,
Make your days one with His.
Make your life
one with God's life,
Make your kindness one with His.
Make your suffering one with His suffering,
Make your compassion one with His.
Make your will
one with God's will,
Make your suffering be overcome,
Make your forgiveness one with His forgiveness,
Make your salvation one with His.
The
Role Model
Seek to be like
a famous singer,
And in time you will be like a famous singer.
Seek to be like
a popular politician,
And in time you will be like a popular politician.
Seek to be like
one close to God,
And in time you will be close to God.
Accept no other
role models,
Be like those who are close to God,
And God will be close to you.
Thy
Will, Not My Will
Lord, let Thy
will, not my will, be done.
Let Thy way, not my way, be shown.
Let Thy truth, not my truth, be known.
Let Thy love, not my love be given.
